Mandatory microchipping in dogs and cats
All dogs must be microchipped by 1st November 2015. Except for extremely rare circumstaces, there are no valid medical reasons to not have your dog or cat microchipped. We do not provide certificates or letters to local councils to decline microchipping.
If your dog or cat needs microchipping this can be performed by one of our nurses any time during our business hours. Please telephone the clinic for an appointment.
If your dog or cat was sterilised at Applecross Veterinary Hospital and you require a copy of this record then please email our office manager Mrs Clare Pether firstname.lastname@example.org
If your dog or cat was sterilised elsewhere and you require evidence of previous desexing then please telephone us to make an appointment to see one of our veterinarians.
